It's going well

I'm doing well getting claims handled. Starting to know what I'm doing. Still lots to learn but very happy in my new job. I did get frustrated one day just a grumpy day all around I suppose. The rest of my group was struggling too.

 

Well the next day when I return from lunch there's a card on my desk. Our training class all received the same card. Telling us it gets better. First weeks are toughest. Well I found out from the girl next to me that they have never done that before. Guess there's more than flavor of the week going on, or they want to increase retention rates. Anyway I liking the job so far. I think I can do well at it.

Thanks I really like my job. Almost a regular employee meaning done done with training. Nit with trainer in class but staff on floor.
