Do library cleaners have access to personal records/information

Okay so my ex recently found out personal information about where one of my relatives lives. And taunted/thretened me with it since this is where I live now I am beyond creeped out. And this was never told to him. The only way I can think he got this information is through his mom she cleans libraries at night and he helps her out all they do is vacuum and stuff im thinking they went through the library records and got the address But do library cleaners have this access? If not can they get it and if I can prove it what charges would be against them.

If they had access to the library computer system. Which would only happen if they snuck on using someone elses id. It would be unlikely there would be any charges brought if they did this.

 

Most likely someone you know told him, or he's using google.
