I'm scared I'll never find true love. I haven't seen much of it with family and I have been hurt by the one person I felt I truly loved. I'm scared I'll never find it again. I don't romanticise love - I have realistic expectations. I just don't know how to be able to tryst someone again with my heart especially as I tried and failed miserably this time. Yes, you will find love again. You're hurting right now and getting over a break up. It all takes time and you need that time to heal before even thinking about the next relationship. Be kind to yourself, exercise, eat well etc and take a year off (from dating/relationships).
