I am a bit slow to pick up on signals a woman sends me, I usuaaly figure it out a few hours later , well after they are gone.

 

The other day I was at a party and this woman kept touching my elbow while she was talking to me, and asking me all kinds of questions.. I didnt think anything of it at the time, and besides I figured this woman was out of my league anyway(she was a laywer and I am a student),

It all depends on what kind of girl she is, is she very actice in her dating life, maybe she was trying to make you feel comfertable. You should persue this girl.
