I hate the dreams!

I haven't been able to sleep and rest properly bc I keep having these dreams, either remembering things or imagining my future alone forever.. And in the mornings I feel so bad I can barely stand up and start my day when do these stop?

They will stop eventually. hang in there. do something for yourself, go for a walk, take a bath, eat cake, call a friend. Things will get better *hugs*
