'Falling for you'

Hi everyone,

 

I was judt interested to know what people's definition is of the statement "i am falling for you". i know there will probably be a lot of different answers here but...

 

Do you think its when you first start to feel that you could love that person one day, or that you already love them, or you are having really strong feelings for them but it isn't love?

I'd say for me, I was already in love and wanted to tell the other person how I felt, but I wasn't certain enough of their feelings for me to tell them I loved them.

It's the shortened version of... "I'm falling in love with you" meaning I am starting to have strong feelings towards you and they are steadily building towards being in love.
