Why is my Ex like this?

My ex and I have ben apart for some time now. We havnt talked all that often for the last few months. We talk at the most once a week, for a minute or through a text message. I still want to see what it would be like with her again. But unfortunately, she is slightly mad at me still. Its weird though, when we see eachother I can tell she is still in love with me deep down inside. And if we hug, she will not let go. The weird thing is that she still trys sto keep as distant as possible. Why? and what can I do?

I would leave her alone, and let her come to you. This is where the 'No Contact' rule comes in to play. If she comes around and wants to start 'things' up again then get back with her but UNTIL then, move on with yourself.
