I found the following article when I typed the title of this thread on Google.

 

I've been feeling pretty down lately, which is weird, because I'm almost 6 weeks into NC, and last week I actually thought I was getting better-- I even went out drinking with my friends and then shopping on my own, and I enjoyed myself well enough. But when this week rolled in, somehow the sadness crept back in and I found myself browsing the Getting Back Together forum again. Anyway, here's the link to the article:
