I've just been through the weekend from hell, it was her birthday and I had my most painful, tearful and most broken weekend to date, I was quite literally devastated.

 

I'm starting this thread to help people get through what is an incredibly emotional day.

Yeah my ex's birthday was May 6th. I hated the weekend as well, on top of that awful day our cat was put down. I sympathize with you.
