Question for the ladies .... LTR vs One Night Stand

I have a question for the ladies, for those of you who are into one night stands when meeting a new guy what differentiates a guy who is good for an ONS vs a guy for an LTR? What sort of qualities do you look for when determining whether or not the guy is just gonna be a one night stand (or just casual sex) vs a long term partner?

Likely will be the same answer you get from just about anyone, regardless of gender/sexuality. ONS = physical attraction first and foremost.

There's the sort of guy that you are so physically attracted to that your stomach feels like it's in an elevator. But your brain says that his on-line poker addiction and the fact that he's lost his car license due to a need for speed are possibly not good qualities in a long term partner. He's the ONS!
