Have you ever considered teaching English as a second language? There's almost a continuous demand for teachers, especially abroad.

 

Yes, my husband and I have considered doing this when he graduates. It looks like he's going to have a really great job opportunity right when he graduates, though (with people he loves, doing what he loves, very close to his family) when he graduates, so it's a little less likely than it once was. It's still on the table, but not until he graduates next year.
