First, there might be the general questions such as tell me about yourself, why do you want this job, describe your experiences with animals.

 

There may be other questions or you may be given scenarios about situations involving animals and they may gauge how you respond in certain situations.

 

I think how you would prepare best is by doing a mock interview and have someone ask them to you.
