it was never going to last forever the hate i feel for myself and life has bought me back to cutting and i dont want to stop infact i want to go further today ive cut my arms legs and face i just want this over with

 

Andi will it really take the pain away! No darling. It will help to numb the pain for a little while but it will return. Beat the crap out of a pillow or tear a phone book to shreds asking yourself why, if you can start to see why you feel this way "give it a name" you can find a way to beat it, or avoid it, know the triggers and keep them out of your life. You are a strong person, I know you can beat it. Please don't hate yourself.

its been a while since i posted here i was in a bad place,and things have got worse for me the only thing i cut now is my wrist daily,it has led to a coupla trips to hospital and ive got into the habit now of cutting just to see blood i hate myself i hate what ive become and im struggling to get to the end of the year

Could you maybe use a red marking pen instead of hurting yourself? Don't hate yourself you are a lovely person with so much to offer this world. You are in my thoughts.

ive seen a depression counsellor but i dont see it helping atall

and the trouble is to see her i have to go through doctor which means going through the receptionist who want to know more than anyboby?whats her rights?
