hello again

i posted a question 2 weeks ago and some of the answers had me thinking and now im a little more confussed. i am married for 30+years and started thinking about wifes only other sexual partner and it got me in an anxiety mode.

i have overcome this ( i think )

problem now some said it might be because im looking for a way out of the marrage and are just bringing up ideas to make it easier to leave?? i do love and respect her and dont want to hurt her or myself by being rash and just leaving and then regreting it can someone give me a little insight as to what it might mean, about thinking about the past?? thanks
