Making poutine at home.

I'm making *poutine* at home and I usually make it 2-3 times per month... it's kind of unhealthy, but I don't care. I walk a lot and burn off a lot that way.

 

Anyway, has anyone tried to make Canadian/Quebec poutine a la Quebec? Mon dieu, it is very good if I cook it correctly!! Do you use cheeses? Meats? What kinds? I'm going to try and make some right now...

MUST have cheese curds and GOOD, and HOT gravy, hot so that the cheese melts up nicely...

 

Here is a great recipe, you can substitute the sweet potato for regular potatoes of course...
