my boyfriend doesnt thing that i know how to communicate! what do i do?

i have been dating this guy for about 6 months now and it feels like all we do is fight. the main reasons we fight is because i don't know how to communicate. i don't know how to just have a conversations with someone with feeling judged or take it to the extreme. what do i do to fix this?

If you feel judged by most of the people in your life, you could possibly lack confidence. And by taking things to the extreme - does it mean that you fly off the handle or go off the deepend? Do people put you down when they talk to you or can you honestly say you get carried away?

Think before you speak. How would you take it if someone said the same thing to you? You'll be surprise if you think about it first and reword it people see it differently.
