Love Letter to mexican girlfriend in spanish

So Valentines day is coming up quickly, and my girlfriend and I have been doing the long distance thing for almost a year now.

 

I was thinking of righting her a love letter, but writing it in Spanish since that is her first language, and I know Spanish is very important to her. She has expressed her wanted me to learn it.

 

I planned on mailing it along with a rose or carnation, but I wanted to ask is it to soon for a love letter? It has been almost a year since we started doing this.

 

My second question is can anyone help me translate it into proper Mexican Spanish?
