I am panicing, alittle freaked out, and scared

I have been losing feelin in my penis lately.

The last several months i have been losing sensation downstairs. And its getting worse.

Its not that there isnt any yet, but i notice a big difference. Im not sure whats goin on. It still functions but the pleasurable feeling is dimishing.

I have actually heard that they can cause the level of sensitivity to go down, but I agree that you should go see a doctor.
