Asking this girl to lunch

Hello,

 

Well there is this girl that lives in my dorm that I have talked to before. I have mainly said hi and how are you and that is it.

 

The most I have talked to her is for like 3 or so minutes and we just talked about how she is a music major and I play guitar and I heard her singing one day.. etc.

 

Now I was thinking of going up to her door and saying " I am going to get some lunch and I was wondering if you would like to come as well"

 

Is that too fast?

As a fellow musician, just feel the timing of the situation, and I'd say go for it.

 

The worst she can say is "No"....

 

And since you are a guitarist, you will be able to get plenty options to date....

 

Get your John Mayer on, and try to find that "Wonderland"....
