katy0
I go to a small business college and they are really strict on attendance getting you ready for a career and such. I had poor attendance in my past months but in the last two months I've really stepped it up and I think I missed half a day and then maybe 8 late days in the last two months (not severly late, like 1 hour or less). I got my montly report card back today and it said I was absent 25 days. How is that even possible? I told the secretaries they must have made a mistake but they said they checked and they didn't. So now I have to go meet with my principal tomorrow (yes, my college has a principal) and she is basically just going to call me a liar because of my past attendance. What should I say?? I KNOW I didn't miss 25 days. Link to comment
avman
Can you prove you attended? Do you have notes that you took in the class they said you missed? Other people that saw you there? Homework assignments turned in on time? Things like that? Link to comment
rosephase
maybe they count late days as missing the class. That is the way my school worked. If you where over 15 min late then you missed the class. Link to comment
