there's this thing that my friend asked me, she said "when death is upon your eyes, do you open them?"

i don't know what's up and what it means. please help, cos' i'm really worried about her.

as for what you put i guess this is just my view, i think shes trying to say that:

 

people or her need to face up to whats in front of them.

i agree with just_smile i reakon its a little metaphorical and sagying sokmething along the lines of '

'if fear stairs you in the face are you going to close your eyes and pretend its not there or are you going to at least attempt in facing it.''

 

i think its a matter of choice.

another way to find out what she meant would be to ask her, neva and myself may be totally wrong and she could be meaning somethin completely different, so if your still curious then you could try that

i agree with what just_smile is satying, is there something thats preventing you from asking her? because she may have her own metaphorical analysis or description of what yu meant.

 

just make sure you go the right way about it, make sure it doesnt look like your quizing her but more so thjat your interested in what she has to say, you know?
