maverick
I went to grade school with this girl who I am now friends with and we have been talking a lot lately. The other day we hung out and then went to dinner. We were all set to go to the movies tonight until I got a phone call saying she couldn't go. Should I wonder whether or not she really didn't feel well or she jus didn't want to go? Please any advice will help. Thankyou! Link to comment
secretguy1607306448
If he says she can't go, then ask "How about we go on _____ instead." If she says yes, then you are set. if she keeps saying no, then she porbably does not want to. Call her back. Offer her another date. See if she takes you up on it. That will help you to know if she really is interested. Good luck. Link to comment
bleeder
Hi, Secretguy made a good comment. Try to arrange for a 2nd date and see how she reacts. If a NO is given, then I think you might want to chill for a few moments. Meanwhile, try chatting with her on the phone and see if anything is bothering her, emotionally etc. It is quite unlikely for a girl who enjoys your company to reject your offer for a date. Good luck! Link to comment
secretguy1607306448
Bleeder had a great idea too... call her and ask her how she is feeling and if anything is wrong... she's not gonna hate you for caring about her enough to ask. Link to comment
SwingFox
Hi Maverick, I agree with both bleeder and secretguy. They both come to the same conclusion: communication leads to a better understanding and that's what you would do: 1) Setting a new date is showing you are interested 2) Asking her what's wrong is showing that you care Keep up the good work and you'll do fine in the end! Good luck ~ SwingFox ~ Link to comment
