Well, first of all I'd like to suggest that the car stood still while you're doing what you do.

 

Otherwise, I'm not really sure. Guys have different sensitivity down there, but what one should really have in mind, is to not touch the penis with your teeth. Don't suck too strong (But I guess you could ask him what feels nice?). Practice on banananananas and popsicles.

I agree with the no teeth part, and use your tongue when you do give one. Thats all I can think of. good idea, practice with popcicles though. It would be a pretty good trick if someone walked in and saw you sucking on a bannana.
