Sprint training..how to?

Well it has been a while and thanks again for the help all. I was fighting a mystery cold for a few months after my last post .I had picked up the pace again in April and have been training diligently since.

Lessons learnt..Dont force your body...I have been pushing the same weights for 6 months and recently my body has found it easy to do them so I have finally addedd more weight to all exercises for the first time.Now the training feels like when I started the lighter weights in the beggining. I think it is important to listen to your body and dont push it to do weights it is not ready to do. We currently have very cold weather here but I am off to the shops tomorrow to buy very warm clothing and yes resume the sprint training as I want more lean muscle mass.

The other thing is to not to eat after dinner...big help in reducing fat lately..so there you go
