How can someone easily talk to you for five hours but not want a relationship? Especially if they're attracted to you?

Lots of reasons really.

 

The first that pops into my mind, is possibly they only want a casual sex relationship.

 

But since not all guys are dogs, maybe he's not ready for a serious committed relationship. My personal belief is after breaking up from a serious relationship, it's good to just keep things light and date around.

There could be a million of different reasons - everything from a virtual sign over your head saying "heartbreak dead ahead" to the fella just not having the time or the will or the heart to be in a relationship right now.

 

Just because he's attracted to you and likes you doesn't mean he wants to be in a relationship with you. Sad but true.

i've not been in a relationship for about 2 years now, but i dont really know if i wanna go through breaking up with someone again. I feel very lonely but at the same time i dont try meeting someone new.

well as the posts before said, there can be so many reasons, maybe he wants to get to know you better as a friend first, or take things slowly?

What kind of details/insights are you looking for?

 

If he just wants sex, you'd think he'd go somewhere easier, RIGHT? I mean, five hours once a week is a lot of money. On my salary that'd be a chunk.
