I really like this girl...but its hard for me to tell her how i truly feel and when i do make moves on her she looks away and smiles.My problem is what do her actions mean...im confused

Maybe she's just shy. Try not to "make moves" on her so obviously, find out what she is interested in, and go from there, talk to her seriously. Show a true interest in what she enjoys.

...also theres another problem...there is another guy involved and when i ask her if she goes with him she says i dunno...but when i ask her if she wants to go on a date or if i can come over her house she says yes

i think this guy might be involved if she won't jus' come up and say that she is or not..she could be playyin' with you to find out how much you really like her..if your fond of her or not..love and interests are difficult feelings to determine..it's all within that counts...don't go after her without a solid plan..some back-ups and counters...love to me is kind of like a battle within you...you must understand the situation you are in, then formulate a strategy to win, as in winning her heart and making her very interested in you..maybe..play her back a lil'? make it seem like your trying to show her somethin' but that it's hidden so she will have to try harder to gain your affection...tell me if it works man
