What I would do is make an out of work commitment - at least once a week during the week - that you would feel really badly about cancelling. Like volunteer work, or participating in a team sport where if you blow it off the whole team suffers, or offer to work out with someone, like that. That will start to break you of the habit and also you'll be more productive while at work - less burnt.
