  1. I thought it was amazing too, Bildit...which is why I re-posted it On my really bad days I listen to it, and it gives me strength. Sometimes you just have to HEAR the message aloud...LET THEM GO!
  2. Letting go is the hardest part. Someone posted a link on this site not too long ago, and Ill paste it in this thread. It's a sermon by a Christian minister, and the topic is "Letting Go". Whatever your faith, the message in this sermon is wise and relevant. For those who believe in God or a higher power, it's helpful to know that God (or your higher power) has your back link removed
  3. I have two songs, by the same artist, called HEM. The first song is very sad and soulful, the the other song is about second-chances and reconciliations (for all those in N/C!!!!!) HEM - Leave Me Here (sad song) I should wake up this town - my heart's on fire Main road and no one's around as the flames climb higher I have been here before and I know the way But love seemed sweeter and sure in the light of the day So as I rise, I will reach for the livin' And I'll say no prayer Cuz tonight he brought me to heaven And left me here I could tell by his face - those two tired eyes It's been a long night searching for grace, now the sun won't rise Now I have been here before though I know I am lost Cuz the same place that filled me with joy is just a road I crossed Just a road I crossed So as I rise, I will reach for the livin' And I'll say no prayer Cuz tonight he brought me to heaven And left me here So as I rise, I will reach for the livin' And I'll say no prayer Cuz tonight love feels nothing like heaven Don't leave me here HEM - He Came to Meet me (song about reconciliation) He came to meet me On some July morning He said he missed me He came without warning We walked for half a day Got lost in my neighborhood Came back another way Just like I knew we would And he came to meet me He had some stories He knew a few of mine I had not heard his voice For such a long time My mind would race a bit Come back to where we stood I could not keep hold of it Although I knew I should And he came to meet me I'd seen this whole day Like it was drawing near Sometimes I'd pray for it Sometimes I'd shake with fear Sometimes the only thought That kept me in the night Was one that I'd forgot In summer's blinding light And he came to meet me I wrote myself a song I could not speak what I'd done He could've been here all along He could've been anyone But there is no one who Could wake my heart like this Could break my world in two I felt a suddenness I felt a suddenness The day fell completely still The dream was a lot like this But I never knew until He came to meet me
