I am a 20 yr old female and I treat my partner the same way... I've read self help books and have joined up on this site for help... When my anger comes I am blinded by it.... I don' know what to do right now... I am writing in a journal... But everytime a confrontation comes up or an opportunity comes to act a different way, I blow it.

I wish I would have read this post a year ago... I could have saved me and him alot of pain
