Shin kensen Posted September 12, 2007 Share Posted September 12, 2007 Yeah it does for a very small part, I mean it aids metabolism so it speeds extracting of energy from fat and carbs. Taking in B12 over about 100 times the recommended dose will give a boost to energy (energy drinks usually have about that much), not sure if it helps with moodswings though, would probably have to do some research to find out. However, if you're looking for an instant energy boost, i suggest a high dose of caffeine (illegal drugs would work better). Over a long period energy is best to be gained from 8 hours sleep every 24 hours, and 2 litres of water a day. Link to comment
