I_love_rain_hugs_and_you
Recently I have begun to become interested in becoming an air traffic controller. I would LOVE to have that job. Does anyone here know how difficult it is to get in? Is it really really hard? What tests are needed? (ie. mathematical I suppose....what else?) ANyone else here an air traffic controller? LiveStrong
Heya, Im not sure if youre looking at RAFATC or in civvi street but if you were looking at joining the RAF as one then you need: Qualifications: 5 GCSEs/SCEs and 2 A-levels or 3 Highers or equivalent. GCSEs/SCEs at Grade C/3 minimum to include English language and maths Nationality: citizen of the UK, the Commonwealth or the Republic of Ireland since birth Age: 17.5–38 Pay: £24,860–£72,080 Gender: male or female Rank: Officer Minimum length of service: 6 years As for the tests, you do the same tests as other trades, which are aptitude tests and alike. Dont know about civvi street ones tho. Link to comment
