Has anyone had sex and then had to abstain a long time until marriage before having sex again? Do you think it was worth it?

 

A lot of people say it's more "special" to wait until marriage, but I'm not sure. I don't want to get older and realize I wasted my younger years abstaining. Just seeing what other people think.

I don't think in this century people actually wait till marriage to have sex. Every other couple is having sex, unless the girl wants to wait till marriage then its a different thing. Otherwise, I think its completely normal to have sex before marriage.

I think it's up to personal preference.

 

Personally, I don't place a whole lot of "specialness" on sex itself. It's the person you're having it with and the feelings you have for them that change the context.

 

Think about how you understand sex and then make your choices accordingly. Don't worry about other peoples opinions.
