I don't think you can get a guy to like you if he isn't interested but if you only just noticed him and just only noticed you than you do have a chance. Just look like you have much to offer, don't be too fake or clingy also just be yourself you will know if the guy will like you straight off by his body language, good signs are:

 

at you when you talk

into your eyes when you talk also

getting distracted ei. looking at watch, friends or other girls/woman

to buy buyyou a drink (for the over 18's for you aussie girls and 21's for you American girls)

His voice is raised higher/lower to suit yours
