Isn't it funny how the harder

you shut your eyes

the more you can see

like the way he is-right in front of me

 

He's so close to me

but he is so-so far away

my heart is far from him

Im not going to get him-not today

 

Why do i do this-all on my own

self-infliction is so painful

the way i feel the eyes on me

It's so shameful

 

Help me god in this time of need

help me to see

that one day i'll open my eyes

and i'll be set free!

Nice poem,... do you plan to give it to a guy, sounds like you have a "thing" for a special guy, Don't waste time..Be Forward it makes it easier for "us" guys to show the emotion back..Trust me you have this one in the bag, Just Seal the Deal. if that what your intentions are, that poem Will help quite a bit.
