I'm two days into my fast which is to last 14 days and I'm only to consume liquids yet I'm having a terrible time doing so? Any advice on ignoring them hunger pains while I continue on with my fast

The hunger stops around day 3... What "liquids" are you consuming? If the liquid is in any way pulpy that will keep hunger going. I did a 14-day water fast and it was the easiest thing I've ever done after that third day passed.

I'm on this new lemonade diet and I'm hoping to drop like 20 pounds...how much weight did you lose and how did u manage to resist temptation

Lots of chocolate milk. It will definitely satisfy any hunger lol.
