Only able to orgasm with clitoral stimulation

I swear I have no feeling in my vagina. In fact, sometimes it hurts to be touched. However, when I do orgasm clitorally, I can feel my g-spot in my vagina...but then I'm unable to find it other times. What can I do about this?
