StrangeFellow
Not necessarily about emotions/feelings unless you count in fear but this seems to be good a place as to publish my work, if my not-so-emotional writings are not welcome, just say the word. The Dark Man The Dark Man comes in your dreams Every night you-see his reap scythe gleam You can't outrun his tainted horse And when the time comes there'll be no remorse His cloak over nothing, his face a blur You know he brings not gifts of mir As you run the corn stalks pass Each thought of him makes fear amass Visions of loved ones black from plague Drives you mad day after day Fleet feet flying accross the land Yet the Dark Man folows accross the sand The day will come when you do meet Yet you run from your defeat From wond'rful life you, the Dark Man tore And doom'ed demise thus abhored The Dark Man stalks in your dreams Every night you-see his reap scythe gleam You can't outrun his tainted horse The time is here, It's your discourse ------ Inspiration from Stephen King's running character Flagg/Walter. Take what you want, leave the rest, and as always your thoughts are more than welcome. Happy Writing, Strange Link to comment
Moon Goddess
I like it it's deep has alot of meaning to it. And don't worry poetry is poetry as long as it has meanings it doesn't really matter if it has emotion, it serves a diferent purpose. Link to comment
