how can i help? friend always want my help...

i have alot of friends, and alot of them have issues that sometime they dont wish to talk about. i dont force them into telling me, but i wish i could help them somehow, cause talkin it out may be the solution. sometimes i tell them whatever is wrong just follow your heart..but i dont know. is there another way i could help them without knowing what is wrong? or helping me find out?

My best advice is to inform them about this website. It is a lot easier to get anonymous help.. and there are a lot more people to give opinions...

You're right, you can't pressure them too hard to talk to you, it just doesn't work sometimes. The fact that you reassure them and are there for them means a lot to them, trust me, more than you could know.
