How to attract "the look" from a guy or pick up on if a guy is giving them the look

I agree with sweetheart's point... stop focusing inward. All your insecurities ("omg, did he just look at me? is my hair ok? did he just see that spit fly out of my mouth?!") will project outward. Focus on your surroundings, take yourself out of the picture and simply react to your environment. Look around at everything and everyone. If you notice an attractive person, look them in the eye and smile. If you are not so bold as to hold eye contact, smile anyway. It will make you seem more approachable.

The confidence point is key. I will appear more attractive if I radiate confidence and feel that way inside... guys will pick up on that. If you're insecure they'll think you don't like them and won't approach you...
