How do I handle this situation?

To start off, I am new to this website so here it goes. I just started a new job in May of this year. Ever since I started, there is this guy who I have noticed has been looking at me when I walk down the hall. At first he didn't say anything, just looking. But now we both say hello to each other every time we see each other. He is a very attractive guy. I am 25 year old female and he is in his early thirties, I think. Just guessing his age. Two weeks ago he came into the office where I work to talk to the senior secretary. She gives me work to do. Anyways, He comes in and starts talking to her about stuff that is going on around his job and he was telling that he was going on vacation the following week. I think he came into the office to get my name. He got it too. I already knew his name. His name is Tom. I would like to get to know him better. How do I do that? Every time I pass him in the hallway at work, I want to start a conversation, but nothing ever comes out. What do I do?

welcome..are you hooked yet? i am i can't stop giving advice and telling my probs lol..anywayz. you could drop something right when you pass so he will pick it up (hopefully) and compliment him on his tie er somthihg. hmm lots of ways i could go on...try this one tho, it is fun! lol
