andy_anu Posted January 6, 2006 Share Posted January 6, 2006 Well, do a lot chinups... close grip as well as wide grip.. for starts do as many as u can (till bout 50 reps), u can also combine this exercise with bent over barbell rows ! All da best ! Link to comment
