ok so i met this girl and for about a month everything seems great. then she hits me with the i'm not ready for a relationship, just friends at this point. i'm a bit hurt cuz i thought everything was going well. i understand where she is coming from, she was cheated on by her ex and it's only been like 3 months ago, so she is probably not ready for anything yet.

we both agreed that we have alot in common and would like to continue to talk. she did say that she does not want to loose what she has between us. i'm not sure if i should continue talking to her as friends or move on

You're fortunate to find someone that you can have many similarity, and you have to think for yourself are you willing to invest in this friendship, and probably may or may not turn into something that you'd like to be. If all you want with her is a relationship, then you really have to think if you're able to be able to let her vent, without able to talk like her bf. I hope it helped.

You don't see her as a friend so don't pretend. Either she wants to be with you or you're going to go out and find someone else.
