Wife thinks I cheated but I didnt!!!

Here is the situation. Some emails were sent back and forth between a female and me at my office about a month ago. The emails were somewhat suggestive but not graphic. My wife saw them and now believes that I had an affair with her which isnt true. There was nothing going to happen and nothing did happen. Anyways, we have talked about it and we are working things out but I feel there should be something else I need to do to help heal the pain I have caused here. Any suggestions?

I guess the first thing you could do is NOT to flirt with other women. Your wife has every reason to be upset and once you break that vital trust you two share she is going to become very suspicious of every thing that you do. Now it is up to you to make her feel better. Being that you still work with this person it may be very hard. I would just keep reassuring her and what ever you do DO NOT get mad at her when she questions you about this girl. Just reassure her and tell her you love her. ~Tat
