My boyfriend's best friend likes me... ugh

Hello all, I have been dating my 19year old boy friend for almost 2 years now, i am good friend with all of his friends but lately one has become a little too physical. I dont mean in like a harmful way, just he hugs me a lot more often and seems to flirt a lot more. Now this is odd for both me and my boyfriend but i'm not sure how to handle the situation, i don't want to be mean and make things awkward, yet i don't want this to continue, any ideas would help a ton! thanks!

wat i would do is be yourself but if everything gets too out of hand, tel your boyfriend and he wil hopefully protect you. this'll also giv him a sense of toughness. if all fails just tel this freak to back off.

Make a joke of it. When he does it next time, say "Hey, you flirtin' with me - I'll have to tell my boyfriend." Say it as a joke but also give him 'that' look.

Yeah i think Dn is right, that sounds like a good idea. I would be kinda weird to tell him straight to his face because maybe then he would tell you something like "your imagining things" and that would make u look bad. Well im not making any sense now i think, but u better let this guy know your not interested...kiss your boyfriend a lot when hes around lol/

Thats not a bad idea. The guy may look at that statement as you being coy, but what the hell, its worth the try.

 

I think your boyfriend should be telling his friend to ease up on the hugs and flirting a little bit, but thats just my 2 cents.
