kalsman
So I just finished making my girlfriend (of 'officially' a week...after dating for a couple months) a card for her birthday but have yet to sign it. How would you recommend going about this? love, sincerely, yours, always, ...??? Thanks in advance Link to comment
lillady898
For the longest time I have usually signed letters, cards, notes, etc. by drawing a heart. I've done this for everyone from friends to boyfriends to family. I think it's not as deep as saying, "I love you so much," but still shows some kind of cute affection. I think some people think that you have to use the common closers such as "sincerely," "love," or "yours truly." In my eyes, that's a myth unless it is a professional letter. Here are some other ideas that are not as conventional as the ones you stated: -"Hope you liked my card," -"Happy Birthday again," -"I hope you're enjoying your birthday," -"Thanks for being so awesome," You can even use a joke. I think it's a lot more fun to be creative with the closing! Link to comment
smallworld
Aww. Ok *putting on my thinking cap* How about... - Your favorite and mine, - Love and other indoor sports, - Your not so secret admirer, - You know you want me baby, - Love the luckiest guy in the world, - This signature entitles bearer to one extremely passionate guaranteed to take one's breath away birthday kiss... Or my personal favorite... *drum roll please*... Yours, Kalsman Link to comment
30something
After reading smallworld's post, I think I would either sign it as "your not so secret admirer" or "Yours, Kalsman" Link to comment
