If that is so, then you should work your biceps too... Because those are basically the most effective ways to work your lat (the row, pulldown and chinup). Hope someone else can be of more help. brokenpogostick Posted May 29, 2005 Share Posted May 29, 2005 i'm not sure what the exercise is called, but i do them all the time. I'll take a 15 pound dumbell and with both hands, raise it above my head, then lower it behind my head as far as i can, then extent my arms upward again. I usually do 3 sets of 12 reps.
