Poetry For My Girl

Hey, ive written about 7 or so poems for my girl and i would just like to share them with you. I dont consider myself much of a poet but these are my 2 favorite ones.

 

Our Garden Of Eden

 

This is a story for a quest they call love

2 people they rise to the mountatins above

The pain and the torment, the tears im bleedin,

But together we will reach our garden of eden.

 

The journey we started, seems a long time ago

Time will pass, yet it all seems so slow

But my love for you forever, together we are strong

Come into my arms, its where you belong

 

You were the rose, in a garden of thorns

The sun would never set, no sunset, just dawn

And together we hold, each other in our heart

Ill never let you go, they wont tear us appart

 

As we walk along the road, only one thing in our mind

That we can reach our garden, leave the past behind

So many tracks, so many forks along the way,

But we will never get separated, we will be together one day

 

And when you think your alone, its so dark in the night

Ill be by your side, I will be your light

Our love is eternal, its never misleadin

And we will be together, in our garden of eden.

If i could write a song...

 

If i could write a song that would define my love for you,

Id take you to another place, a place thats just for two,

It would tell you what you mean to me, the one i call my own,

It would wisper special secrets and say your not alone.

 

If i could write a song for you to tell you that im true,

It would fill it full of roses, and dinners, just me and you,

I would express my love, with lyrics from above,

It would shower you with kisses, for ****, the one i love.

 

And if i could write a song that would echo through the ages,

The kind of song thats bound, and preformed on many stages,

And you would be the star, in my arms where you belong,

And know my heart belongs to you...if i could write a song.
