Places to meet singles under 21

What are some places around town that singles (under 21) hang out? Anywhere in particular? Or is there no real place in particular?

 

I didn't intend for this to be a narrow topic, but I just need some input here.

Plus the mall can be a good idea. And parties. See the beauty of it all is find one girl she has friends who have friends its kinda like planting a seed you'll get many sprouts

coffee shops.

 

coffee shops were king in LA before I was 21 and good training for life after 21.

 

Better if they have a pool table. Grab a friend, have a good time, if the opposite sex approaches you, cool. If they don't, you had fun playing pool.
