Job Interview in 30 minutes!

Hey, I haven't actually been here before (I'm under my sister's name), but my sister said this was a good site for advice.

 

I have a job interview at a local Target soon. I'm trying to get a job as a cashier. I really don't know what to expect because this is my first interview. Can anyone give me any advice or tips? What kind of things will they ask me? Thanks!

HAVE GOOD MANNERS! THATS THE KEY AND BE FRIENDLY see there looking for some1 with manners and thats friendly for the customers

btw, my first interview for my current job... Dairy QUeen was when i was 15, and I believe that the jobs as we get as teenagers, don't need a very extreme interview... It was very relaxed, they asked me some general questions, and then asked when can you start at

the end

 

Now I've been working there over a year and a half, and I have been rewarded for sticking to the DQ through some hard times (raises )....... Anyways, before i let you go, don't talk about money, I have heard a lot of managers complain about people who talk about how much they will get paid... Most interviewer's will give you a estimate based on your application/interview.

Prepare two or three questions to ask. Like,

 

What future career opportunities may be available?

How is the training structured? What could I do to fast track my training and understanding of the job/role?

 

It shows you are interested.
