Lately, I notice that sometimes my heart with beat fast like 3 beats in a row and then stop, like I'm having a little panic attack. It only happens when I'm laying down trying to fall asleep. But when I do physical activites I'm fine. Has this happened to anyone before?

I used to have this all the time. As it happens I have a panic disorder but I am coming out of it now and this seldom happens now. I am not saying that you have a panic disorder but get checked by a dr. I have a fear of sleeping and dark so that is why it would happen to me.

Maybe you have high blood pressure? That can happen with certain medications, or with stress.

 

But Victoria is right. Only a doc can tell you for sure. Are you able to get it checked out?
